2019 HONORARY EXPLORER AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT
We are excited to introduce you to Louis Rudd MBE, winner of our SES EXPLORER OF THE YEAR AWARD!
In 2018/19 Louis undertook the ‘Spirit of Endurance’ Expedition, a 56-day, 920-mile solo unsupported crossing of the Antarctic land mass, becoming the first Briton and second in the world to complete this journey. He is the first person to traverse Antarctica twice on foot.
Not only has Louis won this award, he is also the Keynote Speaker at our Explorer Awards Presentation Evening supported by Headline Sponsor RSK Group and Supporting Sponsor Shackleton London, on the 22 May at The Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London.

Thanks for the email, I’m not having much luck getting to your talks, the day before we’re in London for the Queens Garden Party, then I’m at a dinner in HMS Collingwood.
